Sourced from a community of smallholder farmers in Colombia's Valle del Cauca region, Stillwater is a single origin coffee processed through the sugarcane EA (ethyl acetate) decaffeination method to remove nearly all the caffeine while preserving the coffee's flavor.
Roasted to a medium level, this cup is smooth, balanced, and full of character. Expect bright citrus up front, followed by the warmth of chocolate and a lingering finish of almond — everything you love about a great Colombian, without the caffeine.
