Description

Meet Bramble — a coffee that tastes exactly like its name suggests.

Sourced from smallholder farmers in the legendary Ethiopia Yirgacheffe region, Bramble is a natural processed, single origin coffee that lets the fruit do the talking. The natural process means the coffee cherry dries around the bean, locking in an intensely juicy berry character that hits you from the first sip.

Roasted light to preserve every nuance the farmers worked so hard to cultivate, Bramble opens with bright, jammy berry notes before settling into a smooth dark chocolate finish that lingers long after the cup is empty.

Whether you're brewing pour-over, AeroPress, or French press, Bramble rewards a little patience with something truly special.

Fantastic coffee.

My first taste was a sample at the local farmers market. I wasn't expecting this to be anything beyond good, which of course it is. I rarely drink light roast, much less purchase light roasts, as I generally prefer a boldness that I get from drinking a good medium/dark roast. Well, this surprised me. The blackberry/blueberry notes were present. Not entirely upfront, but as a finish, which was very surprising. Surprising to the extent that I have had to rethink my coffee buying habits. The dark chocolate is definitely present, and not in conflict with the berry notes. In short, this batch is Exceptional.

Little Arrows coffee is my new go-to for everyday coffee. I've had many pounds of their coffee. It's expertly roasted, and the tasting notes are as described. We use it for our MochaMaster, Aeropress, and Breville machines, and it always makes a great cup. I know the owner is involved in the entire process from green bean to final packaging and it's obvious in the quality.
