About Us

Our Story

Greg, our owner, is a classically trained musician who now writes software powering some of the fastest computers in the world. At first glance, those worlds seem far apart—but both reveal the same thing: there’s beauty in precision, and there’s beauty in expression.

That’s why coffee feels so familiar.

In music, every student eventually encounters legends like Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, and Mozart. Their compositions are timeless—yet never finished. Each musician who plays them brings something new, their own interpretation layered onto something enduring.

Coffee works the same way.

There are classic, legendary origins—Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil—and foundational processes like washed and natural. These are the “compositions.” But what makes coffee come alive is interpretation. Each roaster takes those same elements and, through their craft, draws out something unique.

Roasting isn’t just about preparing beans—it’s about expressing them. It’s about honoring what’s already there and shaping it into something worth sharing.

Our Mission

At Little Arrows Coffee, our mission is to thoughtfully source high-quality beans, freshly roast them with care, and craft coffee made for your daily pursuit of better. Rooted in a love for precision, expression, and the art of interpretation, we seek to honor each coffee’s origin by drawing out what makes it uniquely beautiful. We are committed to sourcing from farmers and producers whose work not only results in exceptional coffee, but also supports their families, livelihoods, and quality of life—so every cup reflects both craftsmanship and care from beginning to end.

Our Name

The name Little Arrows is inspired by Psalm 127 and reflects something personal to our family. We believe our six children are a blessing from the Lord, and the name serves as a reminder of that gift and responsibility. As a family business, Little Arrows expresses both the joy of what has been entrusted to us and the hope that our work would be guided by faith, purpose, and care.
