Sourced from a collective of smallholder farms in the Guatemala Cubulco region — including Las Anonas, Las Naranjas, La Esperanza, Grano de Oro, and Finca las Piedras — Ember is a washed process, single origin coffee that lets terroir speak clearly. The washed process strips away the fruit layer and lets the bean's natural character shine through with precision and clarity.
Roasted medium-light, Ember opens with crisp apple brightness before settling into a smooth milk chocolate body with lingering hints of dried fruit that round out every sip.
